Thank you for shopping with Smooth Kickz SA. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
You may request a return if:
You received the wrong item.
The item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Worn or used footwear.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Products returned without their original packaging or tags.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items, unless required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item if:
The incorrect item was sent.
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The requested replacement is available in stock.
If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit, where applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Smooth Kickz SA will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
